This is the project about BERJAYA PROPERTIES. Berjaya Land Berhad ("BLand") was incorporated in 1990 to implement the Restructuring Scheme undertaken by Sports Toto Malaysia Bhd ("Sports Toto") whereby the entire paid-up capital of Sports Toto was acquired by BLand. TMSB had on 28 August 1996 completed the purchase of the entire shareholding in BLand from RekaPacific comprising approximately 247.5 million ordinary shares, 49.8 million warrants and RM82.8 million Irredeemable Covertible Unsercured Loan Stocks for a total consideration of approximately RM931.1 million. As a result, BLand became a direct subsidiary of BGroup.

In the financial year ended 30 April 2003, the Group's interest in subsidiary, Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad was diluted making it an associated company of the Group.

The site should let user know more information and won’t make user confusing so that provide a few shortcuts key to the project listing.
This website is too simple and boring. Besides that the logo is weird…. should be on top. And some more there are no put the price there, so that user hard to know more about the price.
The target audience is for someone who are interested to buy a house or someone like to invest.

Erm....tis is the first assignment that lecturer give us to do a research for da Fantasy..

What is Fantasy?

IN my research ,i found tat in books, TV, and movies, fantasy refers to fiction that doesn't assume everything has to be explained by science as we know it. Science fiction accepts the basic structure of our natural universe; but with fantasy nature itself can be different, physical laws can be different "or nonexistent!", and the ordering of the universe is entirely up for grabs. Because fantasy allows for changes to nature itself, fantasy literature is often closer to the ground than some kinds of science fiction. A good deal of fantasy literature relies on the elemental power that comes from the earth or the sun. Superhero literature is a subcategory of fantasy, because the abilities of superheroes often involve surpassing what we can expect to be, well, humanly possible. Magical powers and other forms of the paranormal and supernatural also are a part of fantasy literature.

Fantasy it can be many thing.. such as the place,dream,planet,games,magic and more....
